ANJ Group delivered a 39,000 sq. ft. workplace for EY in Bengaluru, with its main façade overlooking Cubbon Park. The office was envisioned as a Town Square a collaborative hub designed to foster connection, engagement, and innovation. Visitors are welcomed from the lift lobby with sweeping views across the workspace, reinforcing openness and transparency. Natural light reaches every workstation, creating a vibrant, uplifting environment, while authentic biophilia only real plants, enhances wellness and connection to nature. A dedicated client zone, Business Bay, combines marble, veneer, and plush furnishings to add hospitality-inspired warmth. With earthy tones of rust and green, the workplace blends natural finishes with modern functionality, embodying EY's culture of excellence.
