ANJ Group delivered a landmark workplace for AXA in Pune, built around the concept of Metamorphosis, symbolizing growth, adaptability, and innovation. Spanning 1,64,000 sq. ft., the design dedicates over 22% of space to biophilic, open, and non-work zones, balancing productivity with well-being. Modern amenities include oxygen rooms, multifunctional lounges, collaborative pods, acoustic booths, and universally accessible restrooms, enhancing inclusivity and employee experience. Resimercial interiors, tactile flooring, and occupancy-based lighting elevate comfort and emotional connection, while LEED-compliant materials reinforce sustainability. Delivered under ANJ's end-to-end Design & Build model, the project met strict timelines, budgets, and global standards, establishing AXA Pune as a benchmark for inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready workplaces.
