Executed under stringent timelines, the project combined precision craftsmanship with sustainability. All carpentry was completed at ANJ's advanced factory for consistency, while low-VOC materials aligned with LEED requirements and DEI compliance. Joint workshops with stakeholders streamlined coordination and resolved service clashes efficiently.
