ANJ Group delivered a 40,500 sq. ft. workplace for Glencore in Chennai, designed to balance understated elegance with modern functionality. The reception sets the tone with warm wood finishes, a sculpted desk, and textured backlit panels, creating an inviting first impression. Neutral palettes are uplifted with greenery and soft lighting, evoking calm and professionalism. Open-plan layouts are complemented by collaborative hubs, wellness-focused breakouts, and a vibrant cafeteria in bold green and orange accents, all enhanced by natural daylight. Through ergonomic planning, contemporary aesthetics, and sustainable design choices, Glencore's Chennai office emerges as a sophisticated, people-centric workplace that reflects corporate strength with a human touch.
