The office space for Microsoft India Development Center spread across 90,000 square feet in Noida is a building marvel inspired from the Taj Mahal. We integrated the Mughal architecture essence in the form of elements with our build work aptness.

Microsoft’s Taj Mahal-Inspired Noida Office

The worldwide outbreak of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a source of unexpected stress and adversity for many people.

Resilience can help us get through and overcome hardship. But resilience is not something we’re born with—it’s built over time as the experiences we have to interact with ANJ’s unique ability. To terms with this reality, we worked towards adapting to the new normal.

To enhance the mitigation strategies that can help us to ensure business continuity and protect people concurrently, we worked to Be Agile and Adapt. Our strategies to face the adverse and to be productive we applied the formula of Min workforce and Max output. Covid precautions were ensured with our posting of two Safty offices, guiding and establishing the procedure on-site to halt the spread. Everyone on the site was mandated to go under continuous temperature checks and to have medical certifications following up with surprise checks and continuous sanitization. Maintaining the physical distance between workers held with encircling passages and demarcating areas, at every space including the washroom areas. Instructions about precautions and self-hygiene given to the workers with two scheduled meetings every day along with the safety posted installed around the site.

Pandemic has had significant psychological effects on the population, we being an employee-centric organisation ensured metal health for our workers with personal discussion sessions to guard against any stress disorder, anxiety, depression, and other symptoms of distress. Also, settling safe accommodation units and transportation with the implementation of social distancing and sanitization norms.
